Delivery Information
Every order is manufactured specifically to your requirements and is not kept in stock.
Production begins once your order has been confirmed and all required details, including the approved artwork, box specifications, and payment, have been received.
Our standard production time is 12–14 business days from the date of final approval. Once production is complete, your order is carefully packed and dispatched for delivery.
If you need your packaging sooner, rush production and express delivery services are available for an additional charge. Please contact our team before placing your order to discuss your deadline, and we will do our best to accommodate your requested delivery date.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders across the United Kingdom.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
- Once printing or manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests submitted after artwork approval but before production may be subject to partial design or setup charges.
