At Packaging Boxes Now, every order is custom manufactured according to the artwork and specifications approved by the customer. As each product is made exclusively for your requirements, returns and refunds are limited. However, we are committed to resolving any issues resulting from manufacturing or printing errors.

Return & Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect, printing error, or does not match the approved specifications, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To help us review your claim, please provide your order number along with clear photographs and a description of the issue. Our quality assurance team will assess the claim to determine whether the issue resulted from our manufacturing or printing process.
If the issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of Packaging Boxes Now, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or reprint of the affected products. As all products are custom made, refunds are generally not available where a replacement or reprint can reasonably resolve the issue.
If requested, the complete order must be returned within 7 business days of claim approval. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customer Responsibility
Packaging Boxes Now cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from customer-approved artwork, incorrect spelling, design content, colours, dimensions, or specifications that were approved before production.
If a refund request is made for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect, any approved refund may be subject to deductions for artwork preparation, production setup, design work already completed, and shipping costs.
If an order is cancelled after artwork has been approved but before production begins, we reserve the right to deduct up to 30% of the order value to cover design and setup costs.
